I have racism every year.. my daughter was raised in the school system that we are all equal. If some has issues it's issues that they brought or are unable to deal with quietly. She won't speak to me because I will not work for a company regardless of wages or love for it. As soon as I hear the BS I always hear... Mr or sir ... No bro brotha or boy followed by a laugh and a didn't mean nothing by it.. . When managers say we don't put up with it. Then day two the trainer tells me what the N means in a word he mentions.... Experience raac the. Shut up a our it is what I feel nova Scotia Canada is like after at 48 I have more experience in it then most surrounding me. I wasn't raised in a historically black neighbourhood so my black experience falls on deaf social wars as if well u didn't live there so u couldn't have experience racism around us. And I quite after a hate crime happens I'm my house I rented when a person wrote nword in 6 foot letters in street outside my families home in 2019. No help no support and neighbours saying we never had any of that before u moved in. Like give me a mf break .. 😅😂..
